Changing organisational culture one conversation at a time
Improve employee well-being and reduce work-related stress
Forward Together is an interactive platform that supports a manager and their team member through a guided discussion about the challenges the team member faces in their work.
About the FWD project
The tool has been developed by a team of psychologists and management specialists with expertise in the drivers of healthy work, wellbeing and risks to work-related stress.
What it does?
The focus of the tool is a ‘conversation canvas’, which facilitates the discussion between a manager and their team member.
Users are guided through a root-cause analysis process to co-develop controls and actions
The application provides training and guidance to help managers and team members get the most out of their conversation
Preparation activities for both the manager and the team member are available so they can come to the conversation with initial thoughts.
A personalised dashboard helps support managers in tracking the progress of multiple conversations with their team.
